Privacy policy
What this static site collects and does not collect at launch.

Data collection
Wheelout.ca does not run account registration or a site-side contact database. Contact form fields open your email application.
Hosting logs
Hosting providers may process routine logs such as IP address, user agent, URL, status and timestamp for security and reliability.
Cookies and local storage
The launch build does not set advertising cookies. Interface scripts handle menu, calculator and sticky CTA behavior.
If you email a correction, your message is processed by email providers and retained as needed to respond.
GDPR-style choices
Where GDPR or similar privacy law applies, readers may request access, correction or deletion of information sent to Wheelout.ca.
Outside links
Partner and support destinations operate under their own privacy policies.

Data and cookies
Wheelout.ca is a static information site. It does not run player accounts, deposits, withdrawals or a site-side gambling profile. Routine hosting logs may still record IP address, user agent, requested URL, status code and timestamp for security, debugging and availability. Those logs are controlled by the hosting stack and are not a casino account record.
The site uses essential local storage for interface choices such as the cookie notice state. A contact form opens an email draft rather than storing a message in a site database. If a reader sends email, the message is processed by the reader email provider and the Wheelout.ca mailbox provider.
GDPR and third parties
GDPR-style rights may include access, correction or deletion requests where local law applies. Outside links lead to destinations with their own privacy policies. The Play link destination controls registration, KYC, payment processing and account data after a user leaves Wheelout.ca. Responsible gaming resources also operate under their own terms. Review those policies before sharing personal information.
